The Seva Sankalp Abhiyaan is set to have a wide-reaching impact as it seeks to engage younger generations and highlight Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s extensive public service career. Launched in Vadnagar, Modi’s birthplace, this campaign coincides with the Prime Minister’s 76th birthday and commemorates his 25 years in public office, beginning with his tenure as Gujarat’s chief minister on October 7, 2001.
The initiative features two significant motorcycle rallies designed to traverse numerous states and villages, thereby bringing Modi’s political journey directly to the people. Union Home Minister Amit Shah inaugurated one such rally from Vadnagar to Varanasi, while Defence Minister Rajnath Singh flagged off another from Varanasi to Vadnagar. Each rally involves around 300 bikers, culminating on October 7, the anniversary of Modi’s ascendancy to the role of chief minister.
Highlighting the BJP’s efforts to mark this milestone, Amit Shah emphasized the campaign’s role in showcasing Modi’s life and achievements. He expressed that the BJP, along with its NDA allies, aims to communicate the significance of Modi’s public service to citizens nationwide, fostering a deeper understanding and appreciation among younger demographics.
